The Leader uses spends most of his time trying to capture the Incredible Hulk and plotting to conquer the world. However, he also has a hobby: he collects old comic books and other popular paper artifacts like science fiction paperback books, movie photos and posters and TV publicity photos. In pursuit of his hobby, he travels to many far places. He also writes articles about his love for these artifacts and his many years of searching them out. An ongoing chronicle of his memories, expeditions and articles is presented on this website for your enjoyment. If you don’t enjoy reading about his exploits, don’t tell him. He may send his Humanoid to destroy you.

Never met somebody so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his varied interests. Helped to make Pulpfest 2023 an interesting experience.
Hope to C U Saturday in Richmond. Do You have Bretts phone number? Call Him. He just got back in town from California last Thursday. Brett loves to have you and your wonderful photos showed to all who care to see them.
Lewis Great Seeing you at Hero’s. I got so tired Saturday, my back was making in hurt in my left leg, Julio was also worn out and most importantly spent out. He got 2 of the 3 books he went seeking, and all 3 were big books. Looking Forward to your Posting those interesting pictures you always take. See you @ the Richmond Raceway for the VA Comic Con in August. Blessings to Forro the Photogo creator of custom shots and prints.
Guy – I posted the Leader’s Reports for HeroesCon (with your photo) and 4 other shows on my Facebook page. Send me your email address and next time I can send you any reports directly.
Jimbo Hero’s was a Blast, But pre code books were high and Golden Age really high, Key Marvels any age high grade that was 8.0 and above. 7.0 and down were good deals on silver age available. I saw Richie make a big sale but smaller sales made up most of the sales. I sold 6 comics and returned home with 20 slabbed books and $300. Basically I traded 6 books for $8700 and got $8400 in books and $300. Lot of fun, it is like a huge trade. My Big Books include Superman 8 4.0 Captain America 71 4.0 Sgt Fury 1 3.0 Iron Man 1 6.0 Dare Devil 3 7.0 Avengers 5 6.5 and other books that were $250 05 less. I got a Hulk 105 6.5 for $100. Looking forward to seeing you in August @ VA comic con in Richmond August 19. Blessings Guy
Guy – I’ll be at VA Comicon in August and November, if, Brett Carreras sends me and Jim Frost a free pass like he used to. At last May’s show Jim Frost had to pay my way since Brett never responded. He no longer returns phone calls or messages through his VA Comicon Fan Page on Facebook.
Lewis da Leader has the best site on the web for Neat Original Comic Book convention updates and hilarious photo shopped pictures of our favorite comic book characters and the Best Comic Book Dealers. I look forward to seeing Big Lew at all the Richmond Virginia Comic Book Events.
