The Pre-Marvel comic book Amazing Adult Fantasy has always been my favorite Pre-Marvel comic book. That’s because all the covers and every story in that title is drawn by Steve Ditko and written by Stan Lee.

So I was pleased to welcome this recent addition to the Leader’s art and poster gallery back from the framing shop, Ocean Art in Virginia Beach. The owner Bill Tollis does all the framing work on my posters.

I’ve had this publisher’s proof page of Amazing Adventures #1-6 and Amazing Adult Fantasy #7-14 and Amazing Fantasy #15 since about 1989. I bought these and several more publisher’s press proofs from Ernie Gerber’s book The Photo-Journal Guide To Comic Books . Ernie offered the press proofs for sale the same time as he published his book.

Ernie only made 20 of these  so good luck finding one for sale.
